This Shipping and Returns Policy describes how orders placed through the SITREPCORP website (www.sitrepcorp.shop) are processed, shipped, and returned.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high order volumes, holidays, or special promotions.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping

SITREPCORP ships orders using trusted shipping carriers available during checkout.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SITREPCORP is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the order.

4. International Shipping

SITREPCORP may ship internationally depending on available shipping options.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, customers should contact SITREPCORP as soon as possible at support@sitrepcorp.shop.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Returns

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, SITREPCORP will process the refund.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

8. Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size or item, they should contact SITREPCORP at support@sitrepcorp.shop.

Exchange availability depends on product stock.
