8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the customer receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify SITREPCORP by email at support@sitrepcorp.shop. The customer must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact SITREPCORP as soon as possible at support@sitrepcorp.shop. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement of the product, repair of the product, or a refund. This does not affect the consumer’s legal rights under EU and Hungarian consumer protection law.
